Recruitment Process
- The purpose of our recruitment process is to bring into our organization competent individuals who are aligned with our human resources policy, possess the relevant behaviors, professional knowledge and skills for the position, are innovative, believe in teamwork, are open to learning, self-improvement, and development of their work, successful in human relations, analytical, and friendly.
- The recruitment process is carried out in coordination with the human resources department and the departments in need of personnel.
- Applications from various sources are evaluated and transferred to the CV bank to meet current or potential future needs by directing them to available positions within the institution.
- Among the applications evaluated by the Human Resources department, applications for existing open positions are given priority.
- Candidates deemed suitable by the Human Resources department are referred in the second stage to the relevant department to discuss professional competencies and technical details. If deemed appropriate during the second interview and approved by the recruitment commission, a job offer is made to the candidate willing to take the position.
- All applicants are approached objectively, timely and accurate information is provided, and all information shared with the institution is kept confidential.
Orientation Training
This is the process of introducing and adapting our new colleagues to their jobs, co-workers, and workplace. During this process, new employees’ job performance and adaptation with colleagues are monitored by the unit manager, and job-related training is provided.

In line with the above definitions and purposes, in-house and external training are provided to the employees of Echomar Göztepe Hospital to improve their knowledge, skills, and competencies.
