\n\u2022 The patient should indicate whether they fully understand the care and discharge plan as expected.
\n\u2022 The patient is responsible for the consequences of refusing treatment or not following recommendations. <\/p>\n

General Responsibilities:<\/strong> <\/p>\n

\u2022 Individuals should do their best to protect their own health and follow advice for a healthy lifestyle.
\n\u2022 If eligible, individuals may donate blood or organs.
\n\u2022 In simple situations, individuals should manage their own basic care. <\/p>\n

Providing Information:<\/strong>
\nThe patient must fully and accurately provide information about complaints, past illnesses, any hospitalizations, current medications, and all health-related details. <\/p>\n

Following Recommendations<\/strong>
\nOur patients are also obliged to comply with the treatment plan recommended by their doctor and to accept the implementation of the care plan carried out by the relevant healthcare staff in line with the doctor\u2019s instructions. <\/p>\n
