Visitor Policies

• Visiting Hours are between 12:00 and 22:00.
• Since the immune system of children under the age of 6 is weaker than that of adults, bringing them to patient visits may be harmful to their health; therefore, it is kindly requested not to bring children as visitors whenever possible.
• Please do not bring food or live flowers during visits. They are not accepted.
• Do not sit on patient beds or speak loudly during visits.
• The use of Tobacco and Alcoholic beverages is prohibited inside the hospital. Legal sanctions will be applied to those who violate this rule.

Rules to be Followed by Companions

• Companions must comply with all hospital rules.
• For the patient’s healthy treatment process, companions should not perform any medical or care-related applications on the patient.
• Companions must keep hospital property and equipment clean and orderly; any damage caused by a companion must be compensated.
• To ensure a peaceful environment, patients and their relatives must not speak loudly or make noise in patient rooms and service corridors. In addition, televisions in the rooms must be used in a way that does not disturb others and should be turned off during Doctor’s rounds.
• Companions should not take patients outside the hospital or change their beds without the request of the relevant Physician or Nurse.
• The use of Tobacco and Alcoholic substances by companions inside the hospital is strictly prohibited; otherwise, legal action will be taken.
• To avoid affecting the treatment process and for the patient’s health, companions should not bring food or drinks to the patient and should not give anything to eat or drink without consulting the Physician or Nurse.
• If companions experience any issues regarding their patients, they must inform the Nurse.
