Compliance with Hospital Rules
The patient is expected to cooperate with healthcare staff during treatment, care, and rehabilitation.

Compliance with Treatment Recommendations

• The patient should carefully listen to advice regarding treatment and medications and ask questions about anything not understood.
• If the patient cannot comply with treatment recommendations, this must be reported to the healthcare staff.
• The patient should indicate whether they fully understand the care and discharge plan as expected.
• The patient is responsible for the consequences of refusing treatment or not following recommendations.

General Responsibilities:

• Individuals should do their best to protect their own health and follow advice for a healthy lifestyle.
• If eligible, individuals may donate blood or organs.
• In simple situations, individuals should manage their own basic care.

Providing Information:
The patient must fully and accurately provide information about complaints, past illnesses, any hospitalizations, current medications, and all health-related details.

Following Recommendations
Our patients are also obliged to comply with the treatment plan recommended by their doctor and to accept the implementation of the care plan carried out by the relevant healthcare staff in line with the doctor’s instructions.

Respect
Our patients are responsible for acting in accordance with the measures and rules taken by the hospital to prevent disturbing situations such as noise, visitors, or smoke that may endanger other patients and their relatives within the healthcare institution.

Infection Control
Patients and their relatives are responsible for carefully following all recommended precautions to prevent the spread of infectious diseases.

Payment Responsibility
Our patients are responsible for paying the costs of examinations and treatments. Patients and their relatives who intentionally damage hospital property or consumables are also responsible for covering the costs.

Patient Visitors
Our patients are responsible for accepting as few visitors as possible at the same time, ensuring that visitors do not bring food or drinks, do not use belongings of other patients, and comply with hospital visiting hours.
